  • To obtain a new permit, please make sure you are selecting "Apply for a Permit" after logging into your myparking account.
  • If you are making any changes associated with a vehicle that has a current permit, please log on (above) and click on "Update my Permit."



Special Attention for Donors, Retirees, and Emeritus Faculty

  • Retirees/ Emeritus Faculty:
    - If you retired after 2005, please enter your username and password above.
    - If you do not have a username and password,
      please visit the Retiree Parking Permit Form and complete the form.
  • Donors:
    - Please work with the UT Foundation to see if you qualify for a Donor Permit.
  • Attention Active Employees who qualify for a Donor Permit:
    - Once the Foundation has assisted you with securing your Donor Permit, you are responsible for
      updating the permit through your myUT parking portal.
         - This includes (but is not limited to) changing the vehicle associated with your Donor Permit
